Acceptance of terms

By using OzoGames.org, you agree to use the site in a lawful, respectful, and non-disruptive way. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

Eligibility and parental supervision

OzoGames does not require accounts. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users and decide whether specific games and external providers are appropriate for them.

Description of the service

OzoGames is a browser-game discovery website. It provides static catalog pages, category and tag listings, search, game descriptions based on available catalog facts, and Play buttons that can load approved external game iframe URLs.

Static game catalog

Catalog pages are generated from source data and reviewed content files. OzoGames may update, correct, add, disable, or remove catalog entries under its control.

External and embedded games

Games may be hosted, operated, or provided by third parties. OzoGames does not claim ownership of third-party games and does not guarantee that a third-party game will remain available, unchanged, ad-free, or suitable for every user.

External providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, ads, notices, links, or technical restrictions.

Permitted use

• Browse public static pages.
• Use normal navigation, search, category, tag, and game links.
• Press Play to load an available game for personal entertainment.
• Contact OzoGames about broken games, incorrect information, privacy questions, parent concerns, or rights-holder concerns.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan abusively, or interfere with the site.
• Do not try to bypass security controls, iframe restrictions, provider restrictions, or access controls.
• Do not inject code, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the site to distribute malware or deceptive content.
• Do not scrape or copy the site in a way that harms service reliability or violates applicable rights.
• Do not misuse contact email or send sensitive information that is not needed for the request.

Intellectual property

The OzoGames name, site layout, generated page structure, and original site assets belong to OzoGames or its contributors as applicable. Third-party games, thumbnails, names, and related materials remain with their respective owners.

Rights holders may contact contact@ozogames.org with concerns. Include claimant name, contact email, the OzoGames URL, identification of the protected work, an explanation of the concern, and a statement that the report is accurate.

Third-party content and links

OzoGames may link to or embed third-party content. OzoGames is not responsible for all content, behavior, availability, data practices, or notices provided by external sites or game providers.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an availability basis. OzoGames may change pages, providers, links, categories, technical controls, or site features without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.

No account or purchase system

The current OzoGames application does not include user accounts, paid subscriptions, checkout, refunds, comments, uploads, or a newsletter system. Third-party games may have their own interfaces or optional offers outside OzoGames control.

Disclaimers and limitations

OzoGames aims to provide useful static game discovery pages, but the site and third-party games are provided without a promise that every page, description, thumbnail, provider, or game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, OzoGames is not responsible for indirect losses, external provider behavior, or issues caused by misuse of the site.

Blocking access and protecting the service

OzoGames or its infrastructure providers may block or limit traffic that appears abusive, unsafe, automated in a harmful way, or otherwise disruptive.

Changes to these terms

OzoGames may update these terms as the site changes. The Last updated date identifies the current published version.
